About
Fractal Forge is a one-man company — by choice, not by limitation.
I am responsible for everything you see:
Worldbuilding, game design, game development, visual direction, and production.
Every project begins with a single goal — to build a world that can evolve, expand, and deepen with every board game released within it.
I’m 33 years old, a father of one, and a lifelong gamer — digital and analog alike.
I never formally studied design or game development, and my previous work as a hands-on technician taught me little about this world — but that didn’t stop me.
What matters is devotion.
Every hour I spend building worlds, rules, and games is driven by that single purpose.
AI-assisted image generation amplified what I could do independently, but it’s never a shortcut:
hundreds, if not thousands, of hours went into learning, prompting, iterating, and designing.
Every decision, every system, every rule is intentional.
Fractal Forge exists to prove that a single, devoted creator can build evolving, coherent worlds — without committees, without compromise, and without losing sight of the joy of creation.
Every system is deliberate.
Every rule serves the world.
And every game leaves room for what comes next.
